CUF | Healthcare
Building future-ready operational leaders in healthcare
The context
As one of Portugal's leading healthcare groups, CUF continues to balance clinical excellence, operational performance and patient-centred care in an increasingly complex healthcare environment.
Production Managers play a critical role in this challenge, acting as the bridge between operations, clinical teams and patient experience.

As healthcare systems become more interconnected and data-driven, CUF recognised the need to strengthen the leadership, innovation and decision-making capabilities of its Production Managers.
The objective was not only to develop technical expertise, but also to foster systems thinking, collaboration, operational leadership and continuous improvement.

Democratizing innovation and sustainability thinking
The context
As sustainability and innovation become increasingly interconnected, organisations need new ways of helping employees understand complex challenges and identify opportunities for positive impact.
The challenge
Brisa wanted to make innovation and sustainability more accessible across different levels of the organisation, creating a shared language and encouraging broader participation in change initiatives.
Our approach
We designed and facilitated an immersive innovation workshop inspired by biomimicry — the practice of learning from nature's strategies to solve human challenges.
Participants explored how natural systems build resilience, adapt to change and create sustainable solutions, translating those principles into practical insights for the organisational context.
